Thanks to the incredible generosity of Gift of the Givers, a dedicated day of surgery was made possible for children who had been patiently awaiting treatment. With the support of volunteer healthcare professionals and our skilled paediatric surgical team, several important procedures were successfully completed.
These included a Laparoscopic Nissen Fundoplication, a Laparoscopic Assisted Gastrostomy, a Circumcision, and an Umbilical Hernia Repair. Each procedure represents a meaningful step towards improved health, increased comfort, and a better quality of life for the children involved.
Behind every operation is a child with hopes, dreams, and the potential to thrive. By providing access to specialised care, we are helping ensure that these children can move forward with greater confidence and opportunity.
